Nintendo DS makefile doesn't work even when i try the example one.
i am trying to make an app or a game for nintendo ds but it doesn't compile not even the hello world example
can someone fix this or tell me how to fix this

this is just the hello world example
it says /home/hugo... why?

I know there's already a thread listing all the emulators but all of them were tested on a NDS so I'm wondering whether I can do full speed emulation of a SNES or anything that's too much for a regular ds

DSi Nintendo Zone app?

Does anyone know how to activate/unhide the pre-installed Nintendo Zone app on a DSi?
I know the app only activates when a special wifi beacon is detected according to the DSibrew wiki but have no clue about the rest. (Such as how to craft and trasmit the beacon)

Managed to find a Nintendo Zone Wireless Distribution Box rom to try my luck there but it needed to connect to the internet first and it gets a access denied error when it does. (Guessing it's due to the Nintendo WiFi shutdown.) No...

Trying to get this game to boot on my R4 card. I have no idea how ppl get past the anti piracy for this game and the r4menu offers only cheats. Could someone please explain to me what to do to get this running on my ds lite please? It freezes about a fifth of the way through the r4 loading screen every time.

Also every other game i have tried works fine.

Been searching everywhere for a few days and I found a couple of patches, but I can't patch the ROM for some reason.

I'm trying to run the ROM on my modded 3DS but I obviously need to patch it first. I've used XDelta but every time I try to apply the patch, I get the error:
"xdelta3: source file too short: XD3_INVALID_INPUT"

I've also tried to use an older version of XDelta where you don't choose an output, just the patch and the ROM and that's it. But it does absolutely nothing....

I was installing a few DSiWare titles and after a bit, every time I installed a new one and went into HiyaCFW to use them I was hit with the classic "An error has occurred" black screen of death (which I don't need help fixing, uninstalling the DSiWare does the trick). I had around 10 DSiWare titles I was installing one by one, and after installing around 5 of them, none of the others wanted to install.

Need help updating TWiLight Menu++

I've noticed it's possible to run homebrew apps on TWiLight Menu++ and I've followed the instructions and placed the files but it's still acts like same version unlike the others. I've tried installing the ramdisk but I couldn't find the pre-game settings. Can anyone help? I'm trying to update it on the dsi.

Hi, first of all, sorry for my English. I come from France.

I dowloaded TwilightMenu and installed it on my old3ds xl but as soon as I go on TwilightMenu++ Rocketrobz, there is a black screen and I don't know why, no matter how many time I go there.

It's with Luma. There is no linker. I have the latest luma's version

Can you help me ?

i have my project linked (there are 2 images, one in the data folder and one in the source folder: the one in the data folder is unused)
what do i need to do

DSDoom won't run on DSi XL with TWiLight Menu++

If I start DSDoom, it loads, but then there's just a black screen with the text "Welcome Dafinition!" on the touchscreen, and it seems to freeze. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

As the first DS homebrew, me and elhobbs have improved the DsDoom! :D

Now to answer the obvious question, does it have MUSIC?

Cartridge games have no sound

When I launch any game from the cartridge slot on my hacked DSi XL, they have no sound at all. For example, if I put my Mario Kart DS cartridge into the cartridge slot and launch it, it works but there is no sound. I have TWiLight Menu++ installed. When I run DS ROMs from the SD card, they work perfectly and the sound works too. Is there a setting I need to change?

And related to the title of the thread

I used a 16GB microSD + Adapter in my DSi to do the entire stock process to HiyaCFW + TWiLightMenu++

Afterwards, I acquired a New 2DS XL and had the idea to use your 4GB SD for use in the DSi.

After copying/pasting everything from the 16GB SD to the 4GB SD, place it in the DSi and boot directly into Unlaunch, they also disappeared:

- Launcher
- HiyaCFW
- TWiLightMenu++

And instead only as random character files.

When I place the SD on my PC, the...
