Playing Zelda PH and ST on Desmume/NOGBA using a real controller?

Hi,

I would know if there is a way to play these both Zelda with a real Controller instead using the touch screen?
Like redirect touchs to buttons.
I have a WiiU Pro Controller and a Mayflash adapter, that work great on other PC Game or emulator (even Citra with Pokémon USUM or VBA).

I have an N3DS and DS linker, but I would like play them on emulator using graphical patchs (magnification filters).
