can add dsiware to your system without hombrew

so today I got a white dsi and it did not contain any DSiWare. Is there a way to get DSiWare on your system without any homebrew. I know this sounds impossible but I just wanted to know if there is a way.

(btw my last dsi was bricked so I don't want to download any more homebrew)
