“An error has occured” turning on DSi

I have did the guide step by step from dsi.cfw.guide.
And if i turn on my DSi XL (1.4.4E) of the bottom display “An error has occured...”
I have done the "Replacing System Menu with TWiLight Menu++ to work around this issue" two times, but the same error.
Anybody help?
