Installation of HiyaCFW Fails

I've looked at other threads and none cover the problem I'm running into. I was in the process of homebrewing my DSI with the memory pit exploit when I get to twilight menu++ and HiyaCFW. my SD card is 16GB so I checked the box where it says install twilight menu++ chose my backup then the root of my sd card directory, I hit start and all I get is checking nand file and a bunch of id's below this I get
