Change the game language in HiyaCFW (jap DSi)

Hello,

I wanted to know if there is a way to change game launch language in HiyaCFW without using TwilightMenu++?

For some reason TwilightMenu has a lot of bugs/crashes on my jap DSi, preventing from using it.
For instance no matter which option I use in it, the in game language is only changing if I launch the game with the "last used" option, never with normal launch.
And it's not working at all for slot-1 flashcard.

So is there any way to simulate a system language change directly in...
